No ads or third-party trackers

Wiggly does not include advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or third-party product-analytics SDKs in the app or this website.

We do not sell your personal data or use your private entries to build advertising profiles.

Private data is local-first

Focus sessions, tasks, thought records, check-ins, and Snap Spot entries are stored on your device. Snap Spot photos remain in the app's local storage unless you choose to share them outside Wiggly.

Wiggly does not offer a managed cloud-sync or account-restore service for this private local data.

Device backups

Apple or Google may include local app data in an operating-system backup according to your device and cloud-account settings. Those backups are controlled by the platform, not by a Wiggly account, and should not be treated as a guaranteed Wiggly restore service.

Account and community services

If you create an account, Clerk processes the identity information needed to sign you in. RevenueCat and the relevant app store process subscription status and purchase records.

If you use Spaces, Wiggly's servers store your community handle, optional profile picture, memberships, posts, comments, reactions, and moderation reports so the shared feature can work. Private focus and reflection entries are not uploaded to Spaces.

Permissions

If you grant location permission during onboarding, Wiggly uses an approximate location to suggest your country; it does not keep a location history.

Camera and photo-library access is used only when you choose a feature that needs it. You can revoke permissions in your device settings.

Deletion

Account deletion removes your account data and clears local Wiggly data on that device. You can choose whether Spaces posts and comments are permanently removed or retained under a deleted-author label. Deletion cannot be undone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or an objection to our processing of your personal data. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
